Lancaire Mechanical Services is built on a foundation of experience, passion, and family values.

Michael Ward’s love for HVAC began at the age of 11, when he would accompany his father on service calls — day or night — learning the trade firsthand and helping with repairs. Those early experiences instilled in him a deep respect for quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

The company has always provided both residential and commercial HVAC services, continuing the work Michael’s father started. In 2020, Michael took over the company, carrying forward his father’s legacy while officially resuming full commercial operations. Today, he combines decades of hands-on experience with formal training to lead a team of EPA-certified, manufacturer-trained, and fully insured technicians, providing some of the area’s most trusted heating and cooling services.
